Louis Fisher J.D. ’16, student attorney in the Harvard Legal Aid Bureau (HLAB), presented an oral argument in the case of Meikle v. Nurse on November 5, 2015. The case focused on whether a landlord’s violation of the state security deposit law provides a defense to a tenant in an action to evict the tenant.
