National Conference at Harvard Law School to Stop Foreclosure Crisis: Successful Boston Model Spreading to Other Cities
Wednesday, 10 November 2010 01:50

We are pleased to invite you to a two-day conference on community responses to the foreclosure crisis. This conference will consist primarily of small, interactive workshops on how community organizers, legal services lawyers, students, and units of local government can effectively address the foreclosure crisis at the local level for both tenants and former homeowners. It will focus specifically on effective community organizing models, legal strategies, and partnerships with non-profit banks. Conference participants will additionally have the opportunity to attend actual canvassing and community organizing efforts through Project No One Leaves and City Life/Vida Urbana.
